Having attended university in Liverpool, Philip achieved a class 2:1 LLB Honours degree in Law. He then attended Chester College of Law where he completed his Law Society final examinations.

After working at a number of high street firms in Liverpool and Manchester Philip joined Aubrey Isaacson Solicitors.

With over twenty years of post qualification legal experience Philip deals with all aspects of Personal Injury and accident claims including Road Traffic Accidents, (including claims against uninsured and untraced motorists) accidents at work, accidents in the street as well as claims from the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority for those who have sustained injury as a result of having been the victim of a crime of violence.

Philip sees the claims through from beginning to end and deals with everything from the most straight forward of cases right through to complex claims involving six-figure sums.

Philip has acted for a number of clients who have sustained significant injuries and achieves excellent results including a £325,000 settlement for a young woman who suffered severe facial scarring and disfigurement having been injured in an accident involving a high-speed police pursuit where the vehicle spun over several times and crashed into a wall. 

Philip always works hard to secure the maximum compensation for his clients who frequently recommend him to others and are happy to come back to him should they, unfortunately, find themselves to have been involved in another accident.

Philip also helps many of our clients with wills, probate and lasting powers of attorney. 

In his spare time, Philip enjoys travelling and spending time with his family.
